When organising such events we outsource some of the work to other small owner/operators in the local area,

thereby ensuring that the most economical method for transporting your colleagues/guests to & from your desired

location is achieved at all times.

We can arrange provision of any type of vehicle, from a car through minibus up to and including coaches.

Special Event Management is priced according to the overall requirements and therefore,

could be a combination of our 'Mileage' and 'Hourly/Daily' rates. This would be discussed

prior to the commencement of any contract.

Upon confirmation of a booking to co-ordinate an event or function, we would normally

ask for a small fee in advance and then produce a detailed invoice later requesting

settlement within 30 days of its issue date.
