Our Pricing Policy
Here at Cole Executive Hire we have a simple way of pricing our work.
If you are just looking for an airport transfer in luxury, then we have standard prices which compare favourably with our competitors in the area.
However, if your request is a little more complex, we would make a calculation based on the overall mileage and the time it is expected that the journey will take. This is how we quote for the majority of our work.
Like most executive and chauffeur companies, there are a few basic guidelines we follow:
- A minimum call-out fee for local work that will cover the first hour (or part thereof).
- A fee would be imposed for any 'Waiting Time' but there are exceptions to this rule.
- Additional fees may be charged for city congestion charges and/or any parking charges incurred but again there are exceptions to this rule.
- We offer a 'Chauffeur Only' service which is priced at an hourly rate.
- We also have 'Hourly' or 'Daily' rates available when quoting for Special Events etc.
Whether you wish to book our luxurious Mercedes E Class Elegance or require a slightly larger vehicle in the form of our very comfortably appointed Mercedes 8 seater 'people carrier' the price difference would be minimal. This policy means that you or your company will always be getting good value for money.
