Whatever your reason for visiting an airport, whether it is business or pleasure, what better way to make the journey than in a
Cole Executive Hire luxury vehicle with a well-attired chauffeur. Our vehicles are of the highest standard, so whether you need a luxury car or something slightly larger, then look no further than us.
We provide complimentary bottled mineral water on all journeys and, if requested in advance, a newspaper of your choice for all flight arrivals to ensure you are able to catch up on the world news during the journey to your home or office.
For your outbound flight, we will provide guidelines as to the journey time to your chosen airport and then leave you to confirm departure time from the home or office.
When meeting your inbound flight, we would firstly ask that you text/email us should there be any significant delay departing your overseas airport. In addition, we will monitor the flight’s progress throughout to ensure we are available for your collection within 30 minutes of flight arrival.
Like most chauffeur companies, we provide a 'meet and greet' service whereby our chauffeur will be located in the arrival hall holding a meeting board displaying the details of those being met. The following points are worthy of note:
As a means of reducing additional charges such as those mentioned above, we offer an alternative solution for flight arrivals. Our chauffeur will park somewhere nearby to await a call from the customer once they have cleared the customs/baggage hall. The chauffeur will provide them with the make of vehicle including registration number and arrange a meeting point outside on the departure level of the terminal. This option is preferred by our regular customers because it also gets them on their way faster.
Please note that should our luxury car be booked for an airport journey, there may be circumstances where, in our opinion, the amount of luggage would exceed that physically able to fit in the car. Should this occur, we would offer the 'people carrier' at no additional cost and would seek customer agreement in advance.
The Mercedes E Class Elegance will comfortably convey up to 3 persons in pure luxury. Should you wish to take the golf clubs or even ski equipment on that all-important business trip or family holiday, it would still be possible due to the ability of the rear seats to fold down as desired (60/40 split possible).

The Mercedes Vito Traveliner will convey up to 8 persons in a comfortable environment too.
With the rear cabin seats located within an aircraft style 'in floor' tracking system, they can be moved forwards or backwards (or even removed if necessary) to allow passengers to be accompanied by any amount of luggage such as their golf clubs or ski equipment.
